LOGIC worked with the board of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society to prepare A Strategic Action Plan (ASAP).  LOGIC prepared a peer evaluation of the Chapter situation, comparing this situational analysis with best practices within the business. LOGIC assisted the Chapter in identifying several valid options for action, recommending a best option.
