LOGIC is supporting the project architect MMEC of Spokane, Washington, in the planning for this new institution on its 38-acre campus in the town of Reardon west of Spokane. A rail-themed attraction will be built on this property to interpret the history and technology of this important transportation mode in settling the region. The site will incorporate a variety of themed structures and amenities to create a family destination. The design team has evolved a turntable and roundhouse scheme that can be effectively built in phases as funding provides. The first phase, the conservation center with interpretive elements and public spaces is under construction.
