Howard Lovering has more than 35 years experience in project planning and development. In his 15 years as executive director of the Museum of Flight in Seattle, he was directly responsible for planning, funding, building and operating this new institution, one of the largest flight museums in the world. He has advised a number of start-up museums around the country and is known for his workshops on construction, operations and earned income generation presented at professional conventions. Mr. Lovering received the 1990 Heritage Award in King County, Washington, and in 1991 was recognized for statewide museum leadership by the Evergreen State Society. Mr. Lovering holds a masters in urban planning from the University of Washington, Seattle.

A principal in LOGIC Incorporated, Peggy Nuetzel has twenty years of experience in marketing, tourism, museum operations and special events. Ms. Nuetzel’s marketing efforts have received national and international recognition, including a Grand Film Award from the Pacific Asia Travel Association for producing Project Indonesia and the South Pacific, and an AMIE for marketing excellence from the American Association of Museums for promotional and educational programs developed during the move of the Spruce Goose from California to Oregon. Ms. Nuetzel holds a bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Washington, Seattle.
