LOGIC completed the Project and Market Analysis of the Visitor Attraction at the Seattle Chinese Garden. This study, combined with the market analysis of the banquet and event space at the Garden, comprised the business plan to guide development of the new institution. The study included a garden operating profile, with an assessment of governance and management, partnering opportunities, staffing, pricing, and strategy for building membership. Operating projections were made over several performance scenarios for visitation, expense, income, and relative operating viability.
