The City of Las Cruces and project architect retained LOGIC to prepare a feasibility analysis for a proposed veterans’ museum.  The analysis included an assessment of the user market and need, organization and management, location requirements, scope of services,  relationship to veteran resources, and a prospectus for viable operations.
