LOGIC completed a feasibility study for a proposed Maritime Heritage Center to be located at the south end of historic Lake Union in Seattle. The project was undertaken for the Maritime Heritage Foundation, an alliance of separate but related maritime organizations, in response to governmental and private support requirements for a comprehensive model of development. Together, the coalition members offered a synergy in maritime assets and activities.
